But You Don't Really Seem Like You Wanna Try

Last week was... I don't even know what to call it. For a start, there was one whole night spent at a printing center, got to get a job done. No sleep, but thankfully not alone. Had to skip another two days of work because of course my blood pressure went down after it.

Then I had a huge fight with him. Most probably the ugliest fight we had ever been into. Took almost two days to set everything straight again. But unbelievably, even in that terrible situation I still find a way to feel thankful about having him :')

Then came the weekend.

I went to collect my Mandiri Run for Our Nation race pack on Saturday. Apparently, the race pack collection was held inside a fair that Bank Mandiri threw to celebrate its 14th anniversary. And between the many booths where I thought I would bump into no one familiar (which was the only logical reason of why I dressed up so recklessly), I met Agam and Giffa. Both had their own booths for their brands... Which made me so green with envy :(

But anyway, it was ssssupernice to meet them :D

Then I went self-pampering. Got my bangs cut, a little postponed underarms treatment, and a tiny shopping :p

Then came Sunday, the day of the race.

You see, with the level of intensity (or should I say... insanity?) I had been having at work and personally, it was only logical if I mention that I had not been able to train.. At all.. for this race. I had been skipping morning runs because I could not get my ass up from bed that easy when I hit the bed late at night.

My run for the race was below pathetic for me. I could not remember being in my own pace, so at the beginning I got 'drowned' into a sea of people who ran too eagerly. Common mistake at running, of course :| So I was running out of breath much too soon, and for the rest of the race I was busy promising myself that I would not abandon morning jogs ever again.

But anyway I met friendly faces too, there, on the race :D

My Lovely Giffa :)
Met Rino and Risyad at the race
And Sofi, too
